Managing Partner/Developer

Mike Kennedy

Michael has 25 years of building experience as a Real Estate Entrepreneur and President/CEO of TRAC, The Railroad Associates Corporation, providing design/build, and repair/maintenance of railroads across the country. Mike was the project developer for The Hampden Terminal, The Allenberry Resort & Playhouse, and The Porches at Allenberry.

Director of Operations

Frank Cirrincione

Frank Cirrincione has had over 31 years of experience and operations management. He has a passion for construction and wanted to create something special, not work another desk job. Frank loves to be a part of building people’s dream homes and seeing a project completed from start to finish.

Director of Purchasing

Aaron Wiley

Aaron has had 23 years of experience in construction operations management. He has a passion for math and the process of calculating a perfectly constructed home. Aaron has professional architecture experience and is an expert in procurement and contracts.

Interior Design Manager

Kate Krause

Kate has 12 years of in-depth design experience and is an allied member of American Society of Interior Design. She has a bachelor's degree in interior design and loves being an artist when decorating a home. Kate has a passion for working with clients through unique customizations and learning who they are as individuals and putting their character into their home.

Administrative Assistant

Amanda Spuler

Amanda had spent several years working various jobs at Allenberry and fell in love with the property and community around it. She took an opportunity to work with Front Porch Builders and has been a great asset to the team.

Controller

Bobbi Zellefrow

Bobbi has a Business Finance Degree and has worked in Finance and accounting for over 13 years. Bobbi has always had an analytical mind and prides herself on being drawn to math. In her free time Bobbi loves spending time with her husband and three children.
